<description>I am seeking permission to reprint Mr. Norse’s poem, “William Carlos Williams” in a forthcoming anthology I am editing. The poem is to appear in the following work, under contract with the University of Iowa Press:

• Author: Thom Tammaro &amp; Sheila Coghill, Editors • Title: *Visiting Dr. Williams: Poems Inspired by the Life and Work of William Carlos Williams*
• Expected date of publication: Fall, 2010 or Spring 2011 • Estimated print run, paper only: 2,500 • Estimated price, cloth/paper: $17.95 paper only • Estimated number of pages: 225

I am requesting nonexclusive English rights to use this material as part of the work in English for all editions. If you are the copyright holder, may I have your permission to reprint the material described above in this work? Unless you request otherwise, I will use the conventional scholarly form of acknowledgment, including author and title, publisher&#039;s name, and date. However, if you are not the copyright holder, or if for world rights I need additional permission from another source, please so indicate.

Thank you for your consideration of this request. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes from Minnesota,

Thom Tammaro
